Chocolate Syrup

This is my Great Grandmother's recipe. It is from America.

This recipe has been a tradition in my Dad's family for four generations. It is the final touch to a Sunday morning, after-church breakfast.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
1-½ tablespoons flour
Water to stir
Dash salt

Preparation:

Stir all ingredients thoroughly. Put in 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Continue boiling for four minutes. Serve hot with hot biscuits and butter.
