Expedition
I, with students from Kingsburg, Reseda and
Turlock High Schools, is preparing to launch at the
end of this month!
WildLink
Alumni!
 Still
excited about your expedition? Talk to your teachers about
recruiting WildLink students for this year. Your stories
will encourage new students to come and experience Yosemite's
wilderness for the first time!
 We
have WildLink videos available! The National Park Service
has helped us produce videos so that we can tell others
about WildLink. You or some of your expedition-mates may
be on the tape! Email
us if you're interested and we'll send you one by mail.

Changing
Seasons
Fall
in Yosemite and a New Year for WildLink!
A
thunderstorm in late September. Wind and rain upsets our
tents in the middle of the night. Sun breaks through in
the early morning, giving the relief of light and warmth.
Works better than my mug of hot chocolate. Hiking out: Dusty
trails turned to pleasant footsteps under clear skies. The
smell of wet in the early morning lingers for days afterward.
I
anticipate brilliant color of sky and leaves.
I
