Where I come from, this is all a dream and a wish. Being able to come to Yosemite and come and travel up on 3 different mountains makes me stop and think, “am I really here”. The views still make me think, “I ain’t really here”. This stuff is only on televisions or on postcards “This ain’t real”. But as I keep on think I realize this is real life and the pictures we took are really going to come out. You’re really going to see in the background Half Dome, and Mt. Watkins and Cloud’s Rest and Glacier Point. Believe it. I just wish I don’t have to leave Quarter Dome ever. I'm on Quarter Dime right now and I wish I could look out forever. I don’t want this to be a memory. I don’t want to leave. I want to be able to say I’m here and not I remember when I was here. I know I’ve had some rough times where I wished I didn’t come and that I wished I could just go home. But as I sit here on top of Quarter Dome, 8000 feet in the air, I think how happy I am that I didn’t give up.
