Dear friends and family of Richard Iglehart,

What a wonderful opportunity you and your family have provided to our youth through the Richard Iglehart Foundation. As an adult chaperone on the trip, I learned so much both about the Wilderness and how to preserve it. Most importantly the expertise of our instructors enabled me to learn techniques to pass on to others.

Our trip included: strenuous hikes to marvelous locations, scenic panoramic views, wildlife and wildflower exploring and great lessons about our bodies and minds.

As I gaze on across the mountain ridge I say a prayer of thanks to the Richard Iglehart Foundation and WildLink.

To me, wilderness is a place to be outside of your day to day life; a place to be with yourself; nature untouched; and nature taking over.
