Hite's Cove: Past, Present, and Future

I think that Hite's Cove is a gorgeous place. I feel like it would be a really neat place to live. To live with nothing near, having to live off your own hunting and so forth is extremely difficult. But on the other hand, I know the land all around me and I love living in this little town.

I feel really relaxed when I'm in Hite's Cove. I can just sit by the river, listen to the water running, and think about everything. Being here gave me a good opportunity to clear my mind. It is a great experience.

I can recall the time I went to Yosemite and how beautiful it was. I am going back next week, I hope that there are no houses, buildings, or streets. I hope for it to still be beautiful.

I loved and learned

One thing that I loved was the experience. I had a lot of time to sit and think about all the things going on in my life. I needed that. I grew a lot. I really enjoyed meeting everybody.

From this trip I learned many things. Coming here, I thought it was going to be tough to backpack but I put my mind to it and I did it. I learned that you can do anything you put your mind to! I also learned that without deodorant you will smell really really bad!
