Jane, a science teacher at Redwood High School, attended the backpacking trip with her four students. She was a wonderful source of knowledge for the brilliant wildflowers in Hite's Cove and also a supportive adult role model for the students. She provided all of our original photographs to us, as our digital camera had technical difficulties until June.
