What
did I bring to WildLink?
Our
diary assignment is to answer questions about, what do
I bring here. Well[, I] do not think that I brought anything
but myself, because I have not [been] here before. And what
do I hope to gain from this park? I think I will have more
respect for the water, the land, and the earth. First I
hope to take back with me home is that you do not have [to
be] old or [of] a certain race to take part in our wildlife
hiking will be hard and I just hope I can make it.

Wilderness
I
didn't really have an idea about the wild, because of
where I live. I think that if my friends and my family talk
about the wild more, I think that my idea about the wild
will change. I really feel the same about my [...?....],
if people come up here and see the wild, the [..?..] will
change. And my ideas have really changed about the wild,
and after this trip I will love to come back.

Awareness
I
think awareness is to be happy with the environment
that you're in, and not to complain. I think the people
who didn't like hiking should have stayed home. And I think
awareness means to listen, because Miss. Sims siad that
this was not going to be a vacation and that we will be
doing some work, some work- not a lot. So to be aware I
think is to listen very well.
